1. Eligibility

- Residential Proxies
- Static Residential Proxies
- Static Datacenter Proxies
- Shared Static Proxies
- Unlimited Residential plans
- Trial traffic, promotional traffic, API access, dashboard access, documentation, and related support
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- all activity under your account;
- promptly notifying us of unauthorized use, security incidents, or suspected compromise.
We may require additional verification, business information, or compliance review before activating, continuing, or restoring service.
4. Pricing, Orders, and Billing
Product pricing, plan units, and billing methods are described on the website or order page. Depending on the product, billing may be based on:
- bandwidth usage (for example, GB-based plans);
- number of IPs;
- daily, monthly, or custom enterprise plans.
You are responsible for reviewing product-specific pricing, limits, and plan details before purchase. If recurring billing or renewals apply to a plan, the renewal terms will be shown at checkout, in the order page, or in your account settings. Taxes, bank fees, currency conversion costs, and payment-provider charges, if applicable, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
5. Trials, Promotions, and Bonus Traffic
We may offer free trials, promotional credits, bonus traffic, or limited-time offers. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- trial traffic has no cash value;
- promotional credits and bonus traffic are non-transferable and non-refundable;
- promotions may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time;
- we may limit eligibility by account, company, payment method, region, or compliance review.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use the services only for lawful, authorized, and compliant business purposes. You must not use the services to:
- violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
- engage in fraud, phishing, spam, malware distribution, credential theft, or unauthorized access;
- interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of websites, systems, networks, or services;
- evade legal restrictions, authentication controls, security controls, or enforcement actions;
- conduct ad fraud, click fraud, fake engagement, or deceptive traffic generation;
- use the services for unlawful account abuse, unlawful data access, or prohibited automated activity;
- resell or sublicense the services unless we expressly authorize it in writing.
You remain solely responsible for how you use the services and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and the terms of any third-party platform, website, or service you access.
7. Compliance and Risk Review
We may investigate abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, excessive complaints, legal risk, payment risk, or violations of these Terms. We may request additional information, suspend access, delay activation, limit usage, or terminate service if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect users, our business, third parties, or legal compliance.
8. Service Availability and Performance
We work to provide reliable services, but availability, speed, routing quality, compatibility, success rates, and performance may vary by product, region, target service, network conditions, configuration, and third-party restrictions. Except as expressly stated in a separate written enterprise agreement, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility, or suitability for every target website, platform, or workflow.
9. Third-Party Websites and Platforms
Your use of third-party websites, platforms, tools, or marketplaces through our services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, blocking decisions, account actions, or technical measures imposed by third parties.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your account or services, with or without notice where appropriate, if:
- you violate these Terms;
- you fail compliance or verification review;
- your use creates legal, operational, payment, abuse, or security risk;
- required payments are overdue or reversed;
- we are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or payment provider.
You may stop using the services at any time. Termination does not remove your obligation to pay amounts already owed.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, software, dashboards, documentation, and related materials provided by PROXY001 remain our property or the property of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.
12. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except where expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROXY001 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.
14. Refunds
Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy as posted on the website. Not all products, plans, traffic, or promotions are refundable.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable law or your final legal review determines another governing law should apply. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, subject to applicable law.
