2. Situations Eligible for Refund
Customers may request a refund in the following situations:
- Service Not Started: If a customer cancels the order after payment but before the service has begun, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
- Poor Service Quality: If a customer believes that the service provided by us does not meet the standards stipulated in the contract or agreement, the customer may submit a refund request within a day after the completion of the service.
- Service Cannot Be Completed: If the service cannot be completed due to our reasons (e.g., technical issues, lack of resources), the customer is entitled to a full refund.
- Contract Termination: If both parties agree to terminate the contract during the execution of the agreement, we will issue a refund based on the proportion of work completed.
3. Situations Not Eligible for Refund
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Customer Cancels Service Unilaterally: If a customer unilaterally cancels the service after the service has started and part of the service has already been completed, fees will be deducted based on the work completed.
- Inaccurate Information Provided by Customer: If the service cannot proceed as planned due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
- Refund Request Submitted After Deadline: Customers must submit a refund request within a day after the completion of the service. Late requests will not be accepted.
- Free or Trial Services: Free or trial services are not covered by this refund policy.
4. Refund Application Process
To apply for a refund, customers must submit a request via email or through the company's official website, providing the following information:
- Order number or contract number
- Reason and detailed explanation for the refund
- Supporting documents (e.g., contract, communication records, etc.)
We will review the refund application within 3 business days of receiving it and complete the refund within 2 business days after approval.
